The calculations provided by Frame Fit Checker, including but not limited to ratios for ISO A4 (210 x 297 mm), US Letter (8.5 x 11 inch), and specific IKEA® frame series (RIBBA, HOVSTA, SANNAHED, etc.), are based on publicly available manufacturer specifications.
- Manufacturing Tolerances: Please be advised that physical frames and mats (passepartouts) may have slight manufacturing tolerances (often ±1-3mm).
- Estimation Tool: This platform is designed as a visualization and estimation tool. We do not guarantee that the digital preview will be a 100% identical match to the physical product due to these external variables.
- Final Verification: Users are strongly encouraged to manually measure their physical frame and mat opening before committing to professional printing services.
2. Print Quality and Resolution
While our tool assists with ratio matching and basic DPI (Dots Per Inch) estimations, the final output quality is entirely dependent on the source file provided by the user.
- File Integrity: We are not responsible for pixelation, color inaccuracies, or blurriness resulting from low-resolution files.
- Software Limitation: This tool calculates fit and ratio; it does not enhance or modify the underlying quality of your digital assets.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Frame Fit Checker, its creator Türker Özenir, or any affiliated partners be held liable for any financial loss or damages including, but not limited to:
- Costs associated with incorrect professional printing.
- Wasted materials (paper, ink, frames).
- Aesthetic dissatisfaction with the final gallery wall arrangement.
- Technical errors or temporary downtime of the web application.
